Any pupil interested in performing abroad and who would like to participate in this trip for 4 days in June 2013 please come to a short meeting in B1 in Friday 15th June at interval, or see Mrs O'Brien ASAP for more information.
 A deposit of £30 is needed no later than Friday 22nd June to secure a place.

Any pupils who would like to perform at this concert MUST see Mrs O'Brien no later than Friday 22nd June in order to secure a place.
Rock Night will take place on Thursday 6th September from 7.00-9.00pm at the Queen's Hall.

Diversecity 2012 will take place on Thursday 14th, Friday 15^th June and Saturday 16th June 2012 at 7.00pm

The prices for the tickets are:

The tickets will go on sale on Monday 11th June.

They will be sold in the school foyer during morning interval on each day from Monday 11th June

S3	S3 – JET Could all S3 pupils who have secured a place on the JET Programme for next year please meet with Mr Warden at the start of Period 6 on Tuesday at reception. It is very important that you be there. The meeting will only last for 10 minutes.
S4	S4 – Work Experience All S4 pupils should come directly to the hall on Tuesday for their registration period in order to receive information about 4th Year Work Experience. It is important that you get there promptly and sit in register classes as you would in an assembly.

OPEN DAY AT JEWEL AND ESK COLLEGE

Pupils from S4 – S6 are invited to view the wonderful music facilities at Jewel & Esk College where theycan find out information about music courses there and also hear live music and current students performing.
This event takes place at the Jewel and Esk campus on Milton Road on Friday 15^th June from 1.30pm – 4.00pm.

All years	1.                   ‘Diversecity’ – rehearsals will take place this Saturday from 10.00 – 2.00pm in the hall for all performers. Tickets will go on sale each day from next          Monday 11th June during interval in the foyer outside reception. 2.   ‘Rock Night 2012’ – Mrs O’Brien is now recruiting bands or artists for this concert which will take place on Thursday 6th September at the Queen’s Hall       from 7.00 – 9.00pm. Any interested bands or individuals MUST see me in the music dept. by next Friday 16th June if they would like a chance to       perform at this. Tickets will go on sale during the summer holidays directly from the Queen’s Hall website or venue priced at £7.50. 3.   ‘Belgium Music Trip 2013’ – the music department has booked a trip to Ghent in Belgium next June for wind band players and pipers in the first       instance, and then will open places up to senior vocalists in the second instance.
