All years	SPRING FLING CONCERT - WEDNESDAY 29TH FEBRUARY (All Years) This concert takes place in the school hall from 7.00pm next Wednesday evening and features string orchestras, wind band, clarsach and guitar ensembles, percussion ensemble, string quartet, S1 Gaelic and accordion group, S1 and senior vocal group and many soloists from S4 - S6. There will also be items from Tollcross Gaelic Choir and James Gillespie's Primary School choir. Tickets are priced at £6/£3 concession and will be available at the door on the evening of the concert. SPRING FLING FINAL REHEARSALS (All Years) It is vital that all pupils attend the final rehearsals for Spring Fling - some of these are back in the hall once again. With only two rehearsals left until the concert, there must be full attendance at all instrumental and vocal groups. Letters will be issued to al performers at rehearsals this week outlining rehearsal times during the day of the concert, and more details of the concert itself. Monday: Senior Wind Band after school Tuesday: - Senior Vocal group woodwind ensemble: meeting at Break-time in B1 and rehearsal after school in B3 - Senior Vocal Group at lunchtime in B1 - S1 Vocal Group at lunchtime in B2 - Cello Ensemble at lunchtime in B3 - Senior FULL Orchestra after school (Including woodwind, brass and percussion players, not just strings!) - Clarsach ensemble - Pipers after school in B3 Thursday - Transitional String Orchestra after school - Senior Vocal Group with the woodwind ensemble accompanying them, after school in B1 - Guitar Ensemble after school in B3 Soloists should ensure that they make a time with the music staff to practise their solo item for the Spring Fling. If for any reason you are unable to attend rehearsals come to the music staff base and let a member of staff know.
