All years	GUITAR LESSONS A reminder that the guitar teacher will be teaching this Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th in the ICT Suite (next to the Music Staff Base) instead of the usual Thursday and Friday - only for this week. Guitar lessons will resume as normal in B17 next Tbursday 17th and Friday 18th May. TINDERBOX ORCHESTRA AND GILLESPIE'S CHOIR COLLABORATION FOR HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA VISIT IN JUNE All singers involved in the two concerts at the Usher Hall and Queen's Hall for His Holiness the Dalai Lama, please see Miss Millar in B3 during PST today. JGHS STARS IN THEIR EYES 2012. Tuesday 19th June 2012 in the assembly hall.  Doors 7pm. Tickets will be available from 11th June in the Foyer.  (Buy quick as tickets sell out fast!) Active Schools Extra Curricular Activities A reminder the new timetable of clubs has restarted and will run until Friday 15th June. If you have any questions or would like to know more please see Mr. Wallace in the P.E. department. Rowing with St. Andrews Boat Club Any pupil interested to take up a fantastic FREE opportunity to learn to row through a 6 week after school programme with St. Andrews Boat Club please sign up in the P.E. department or see Mr. Wallace at lunchtime on Thursday 10th May. Lessons will take place at both school and the boat club, situated on the canal, by Meggetland Sports Centre. Portobello Schools Golf Championship Any pupil interested to enter this years’ Portobello Schools Golf Championship, and be in with the chance of winning £100 in prize money, please collect a form from the Active Schools notice board in the P.E. department. Edinburgh Schools Athletics Championships Any pupil wishing to enter this year’s championships must sign up with Miss Falconer in the P.E. department and attend training in Monday’s, after school, 4pm – 5pm. Scottish Schools Team Swimming Championships Any pupils wishing to enter please see Mr. Wallace in the P.E. department at lunch time on Thursday 10th May.
