T IN THE PARK

‘Blank Canvas’ is a former band from JGHS (and who played at many school Rock Nights) who will be performing at ‘T Break’ at T in the Park in July.

If you are going to this festival, please pop along and see them perform in one of the tents!

JGHS ROCK NIGHT 2012

There is still one space for any band or individual artist to perform at this concert, held at the Queen’s Hall on Thursday 6^th September.

Please see Mrs O’Brien in the Music Dept. by Friday 29^th June for more info.

Tickets for ‘Rock Night’ will go on sale in July, priced at £7.50, available directly from the Queen’s Hall website or box office on Clerk Street.

All profits from this concert will help support the school’s South Africa Project.

MUSIC BELGIUM TRIP – JUNE 2013

There are still some spaces left on this trip for June 2013. This trip is open to all singers or instrumentalists who would love the chance to perform in a beautiful town in Belgium next year. Please see Mrs O’Brien in the Music Dept. for more information.

Please remind all students who are going on the trip to South Africa next year that the next payment dates are during the summer break.  Therefore I need posted dated cheques as follows:-
