Girls’ Sports Conference
Any S1 – S4 Girls interested in attending an all-day Girls
Sports conference after the Easter break should come to the PE base for more
information and to sign up by Tuesday 11th October.
This event is all about inspiring, encouraging and supporting girls to become
more active, raising the profile of successful girls and their achievements
and educating girls on the power of sport!

CENTRAL CHOIR
Vocal students taking part in the central choir are reminded
that rehearsals begin the first week after the October holidays, Friday 28th October 1:30 - 3:30 at
Drummond high school. EE2 forms must be completed and returned to Miss
Barry before the first rehearsal to allow students to take
part. Please allow plenty of time to travel from your school to arrive
promptly for the first rehearsal.

Psychology Trip
to London
There will be a
Psychology trip to London in June 2017 available for S3/4 students. The
excursion includes an interactive session on phobias, a visit to the Freud
Museum, and a workshop on the psychology of magic (plus much more!).

interested, please see Miss Smith in room 2.01 for an information letter.

New Lunchtime Club
A new lunchtime club will be starting soon where pupils
are invited to come along and work with Lego.
This can take many forms for example Lego animation, robotic Lego and
Lego engineering. We would love to
hear your ideas. If you are interested
then please come to a meeting on Wednesday 12thth October in the
CDT department at 1.15pm.

Looking for writers,
photographers, layout designers, people with computer skills and anyone who’s
interested in putting together a school magazine. Please bring your
lunch along if you’re interested in getting involved in our award winning
