All years	**NEW ITEM** NATIONAL POETRY DAY Enjoy writing? Or just want to share a few words that may or may not rhyme? It’s National Poetry Day on Thursday and to celebrate, we worked with AS (Arts) pupils to create a ‘Poetree’ in the library. We’re inviting you to write a few words to hang on the tree. You can write a poem, wee story or song. The theme is ‘Change’ but you’re welcome to write about anything you fancy! MUSICFEST 2018 On Thursday 4th October the school will host its annual Music Fest gig in the Performing Arts Theatre at 7pm! Tickets are available on the door at £5 each. Come along to room 233 every Wednesday lunchtime where the ChEAPP group meet.  ChEAPP is Change for Environment Animals Planet and People. We want your ideas for campaigns and projects. GAELIC SINGING GROUP Enjoy singing? Want to try something completely new? I am hoping to form a Gaelic singing group. The school has in the past boasted a wonderful Gaelic choir and we would like to revive this tradition. Gaelic is not essential as all words will be taught. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a bit more about Scotland's language and culture through song and performance. The group will be informal and fun. If you are interested please attend a meeting on Thursday the 20th of September at 1pm in M2.24. Please do bring your lunch along. Come along to Homework Club on Thursdays after school in the library, starting on the 13th September. MY WORLD OF WORK AMBASSADORS Can all pupils who have shown interest in joining the My World of Work Ambassadors group, and all of last year’s ambassadors too, please meet in the drama studio at the beginning of lunchtime on Monday 10th and 24th September.
